Why you playin' with my horse?

So there Tim is, eating his supper (we all were) when he picks up Anne's tiny plastic horse and neighs loudly while rocking the horse in the air.

Anne just looks at him and asks, matter-of-factly (almost in a condescending tone, as if she's the adult in the situation), "Why you playin' with my horse?"
